These terms cover the use of the Aspire Learning website and our tuition services. By booking tuition or using our website, you are agreeing to the terms below.
1. About Aspire Learning
Aspire Learning is a tuition centre at 610 High Road, Seven Kings, Ilford. We work with students from KS1 through to KS5 and provide support in English, Maths, Science, 11+, SATs, GCSE and A-Level subjects.
2. Agreeing to These Terms
When you book a consultation, enrol your child or use our services, these terms apply to you.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or book tuition with us.
3. Tuition We Provide
Our tuition includes:
- English
- Maths
- Science
- 11+ preparation
- SATs preparation
- GCSE tuition
- A-Level tuition
- Online lessons
- In-person lessons
We may also be able to offer other subjects when there is enough demand and a suitable tutor is available.
4. Before Tuition Starts
We may ask your child to complete an assessment before they start.
This gives us a better idea of their current level and the areas where they may need more help. We can then discuss the type of tuition that may suit them.
Please make sure the information you give us during registration is correct and up to date.
5. Tuition Fees
The cost of tuition will be explained and agreed before lessons start.
Payments should be made in line with the arrangement agreed with Aspire Learning.
If a payment remains outstanding, we may need to stop lessons until the balance has been cleared.
6. Cancelling a Lesson
If Your Child Cannot Attend
If your child cannot make a lesson, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand.
If a lesson is missed without notice, the session may still be charged.
If We Cancel
Sometimes a lesson may need to be cancelled by Aspire Learning. If this happens, we will speak with you about arranging another session or an alternative solution.
7. Attending Lessons
We simply ask students to turn up on time, join in with their lessons and be respectful towards their tutor and other students.
Tutors may give students work to complete or ask them to follow certain instructions during the lesson. We expect students to do their best to follow these.
Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure their child attends their lessons regularly and arrives on time.
8. Online Tuition
For online lessons, your child will need a suitable device and a good internet connection.
If there is a problem with your device, internet connection or other equipment, it may affect the lesson. Unfortunately, this is something outside our control.
Please also make sure that online lessons are not recorded or shared without speaking to us first.
9. Our Website and Learning Materials
The material on our website and the resources we provide may include written content, images, logos, worksheets and other documents.
These belong to Aspire Learning unless we have said otherwise.
You are welcome to use the materials for your child’s tuition, but they should not be copied, sold, shared or used elsewhere without our permission.

11. Academic Progress
Our aim is to help students understand their subjects, improve their knowledge and become more confident in their learning.
However, every student is different, and we cannot promise a particular grade, examination result or school placement.
We are also not responsible for problems caused by circumstances outside our control, including certain technical issues or problems involving third-party services.
Nothing in these terms removes any legal responsibility that cannot be removed under English law.
12. Your Information
We may need to collect personal information when you contact us or arrange tuition.
We handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection rules.
